Zenolex™ PC – FR is a flame-retardant polycarbonate sheet engineered for applications that demand both high impact strength and certified fire performance. Achieving a UL94 V0 rating, this material provides enhanced ignition resistance while maintaining the clarity, toughness, and versatility that Zenolex is known for.


Manufactured in our state-of-the-art clean rooms using advanced extrusion technology, Zenolex PC – FR ensures consistent quality and dimensional accuracy. Fabrication & Handling

  • Compatible with vacuum forming, free blown forming, and line bending

  • Drilling can be performed with high-speed steel drill bits; air or water cooling recommended

  • Avoid use of cutting oils to prevent crazing

  • Use caution with self-tapping screws due to notch sensitivity

  • Clean using lukewarm water only with a soft cloth or sponge

  • Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive tools; do not clean in direct sunlight

Zenoloy 1000 FR sheets are provided in different colours including:
