Zenoloy 3000 is a cost effective product that enables your shower walls to project the latest state of the art high gloss appearance.
Produced by a co-extrusion process, Zenoloy 3000 has a base layer of rigid, strong ABS, capped with a high gloss acrylic layer providing excellent resistance to most household cleaners and from UV degradation.
With no grouting required, Zenoloy 3000 can be installed over existing tiles and is the perfect product for the home handyman as well as being suitable for thermoforming.

Fabrication & Handling
- Zenoloy 3000 shower panel acrylic capped ABS sheet can be thermoformed and cut using standard fabrication processing equipment.
- Vacuum forming, free blown forming, and line bending are the most extensively used moulding processes, whilst saw cutting, routing and guillotining are the most common cutting techniques.
- Zenoloy 3000 sheet is easily drilled using ordinary high-speed steel drill bits, air or water can be introduced as a coolant if required (the use of cutting oils may cause crazing).
- Be extremely careful if using taps or self-tapping screws as Zenoloy 3000 is a notch sensitive material.

- Using a soft, gentle cloth or sponge, lightly wash to loosen any dirt and residue but do not scrub aggressively or use brushes or harsh instruments. Dry with a soft clean cloth to prevent water spotting. Do not clean in direct sunlight if possible.
